Sunday Long Run Report

Decorated for Christmas today, and watched the Stillers stink things up. We had a really beautiful day today, and I should have run while the temps were nicer, but sometimes, it's just too hard to get out the door. I waited until dark and ran in the cold. Yuck.

Nothing exciting to report. Felt good. 12 miles is a long way on the walkway. It's boring, but you don't have to worry about traffic or carrying hydration/food.

Speaking of....Consumed: (2) Clif Bars (Oatmeal Raisin (My Fav) and Chocolate Chip Peanut Crunch) (2) Clif Shot Bloks (Cran-Razz) (1) Clif Shot (Razz) and approx 22oz. water.

It's beginning to look a lot like Christmas.
